利用眼异物计算机定位系统进行球壁异物定位的实验研究

摘要 目的:通过实验验证眼异物计算机定位系统的准确性。方法:在离体眼球球壁上埋植金属异物制成球壁异物模型。拍摄巴氏义眼片,用计算机定位。与定位图定位法比较,结果进行卡方检验。结果:计算机定位误差<1mm的占82.5%以上,变异系数在2%以内。与定位图定位法差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:该系统具有较高的准确度和精密度。其定位准确率明显高于定位图法。特别对球壁及近球壁异物的判定更有意义。 Objective: We studied the accuracy of computer localization system on localizing eye foreign body by experiment. Methods: We embedded metal foreign bodies in the eyeball wall in vitro to make eyeballwall foreign body models, took Xray films, localized the foreign bodies by computer, compared with topographic analysis, and tested the results by χ2 method. Results: For this system, the cases with deflection less than 1 mm were more than 82.5%, coefficient of variation was within 2%. The difference of accuracy between this system and topographic analysis was significant (P<005). Conclusions: The accuracy of the computer localization system was evidently higher than that of topographic analysis. It was more significant in diagnosing eyeballwall and juxtaeyeballwall foreign bodies. 
