人唾液富组蛋白抗白色念珠菌芽生孢子作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究收集健康成年人(20-30岁)刺激性腮腺唾液,用生物素凝胶P-2层析分离出一族纯化的唾液富组蛋白。光密度监测和细胞活力分析证明富组蛋白能抑制或杀灭白色念珠菌芽生孢子。透射电子显微镜观察提示富组蛋白能破坏白色念珠菌细胞膜,诱导胞内物质丧失。从而导致该生物体死亡。 In this study,histatins isolated by gel filtration on Bio-Gel P-2 method,from saliva produced by stimulating healthy human parotid glands were collected.Optical density monitoring and cell viability assay demonstrated that histatins inhibit and kill Candida albicans blastospore.Micrographs suggest that histatins damage cell membrane and induce the loss of intracellular materials,leading to death of organism.
