摘要
为了揭示矿井瓦斯爆炸毒害气体传播规律,减小矿井瓦斯爆炸事故造成的大量人员伤亡,为矿山应急救援提供理论支撑,描述了矿井瓦斯爆炸现象,分析了毒害气体扩散传播基本过程,提出井下瓦斯爆炸生成的毒害气体传播过程按时间顺序可分为3个阶段:①瓦斯与空气的预混气体燃烧生成的毒害气体在火焰作用下的传播过程;②瓦斯爆炸生成的高浓度毒害气体在无风巷道和微风巷道中的扩散过程;③毒害气体在一定风速通风网络中的传播过程.根据瓦斯爆炸和毒害气体传播的3个过程,初步分析了矿井瓦斯爆炸火焰对瓦斯爆炸产生的毒害气体传播的影响,建立了毒害气体在无风和微风巷道扩散的数学模型及毒害气体在通风网络中传播的数学模型,并在实际巷道中进行了试验研究,模型计算与实验数据相近.
In order to reveal poison gases propagation rules of gas explosion in mine, restore ventilation system of disaster area rapidly, decrease existing time of poison gases in explosion area, and reduce the number of casualty in methane explosion, described propagation process of poison gases, poison gases propagation process was divided into three courses. The first course is poison gases propagation effected by fire. The second course is poison gases diffusion in less or no ventilation laneway. The third course is poison gases flow in ventilation system. Elementary analysis about the influence of flame to poison gases was done. The mathematical models about poison gases diffusing in no or less ventilation and poison gases propagation in mine ventilation net were established, and the experiment was performed in system of underground roadway and experiment data was simulated to model data.
