蜂胶牙泰治疗牙周炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Propolis Tooth Comfort in Treatment of Periodontitis

本研究将蜂胶牙泰（酊剂）用于治疗牙周炎，同时与１％碘甘油对比观察，并进行体内抑菌实验，评价蜂胶牙泰的临床疗效。随机选择牙周炎患者５９例，蜂胶牙泰组４５例，对照组（１％碘甘油）１４例。体内抑菌试验结果显示，经蜂胶牙泰治疗牙周袋内５种主要致病菌菌落数、厌氧菌总数、需氧菌总数、总菌数明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。临床结果蜂胶牙泰组有效率６８．９％，１％碘某油有效率３５．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示蜂胶牙泰治疗牙周炎的临床疗效优于１％碘甘油，而且局部应用无过敏和毒副作用，是一种有前途的。

Propolis tooth comfort(tincture)was used to treat periodontitis and was evaluated clinical antiseptic effects comparing with the traditional medicine-1% iodine glucerin.59 patients with periodontitis were selected to the research.45 cases were treated by propolis tooth comfort as the test group and the other 14 patients were treated by iodine gluerin as the control group.The outcome showed that,in the test group the total bacterial count of anaerobes,aerobes,and the total bacterial count of five mainpathogenic bacterium in the periodontal pocket decresed greatly(p<0.01).The clinical observation also showed that the effective rate of propolis tooth comfort was 68.9% and 1% iodine glucerin was 35% (p<0.05).the conclusion is that the clinical treatment outcome of propolis tooth comfort is better than that of the traditional medicine-1% iodine glucerin and it is safe for local application and with no hypersensitivity and toxicity effect and side effect.Propolis tooth comfrt is a purely natural biopharmaceutic for local application with good future to periodontitis treatment.
