肉桂酸酯阳离子表面活性剂的合成及对皮革的防霉性能

摘要 用肉桂酸与十二烷基二甲基叔胺和环氧氯丙烷反应,合成了肉桂酸酯阳离子表面活性剂。并用IR光谱对合成产物结构进行了定性表征,对表面活性剂的起泡性、表面张力及Krafft点作了表征。研究了肉桂酸酯阳离子表面活性剂对黑曲霉和青霉的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及对皮革的防霉效果。研究结果表明:新合成的表面活性剂有较好的起泡性,有较强的表面活性和亲水性,且新合成的阳离子表面活性剂对黑曲霉和青霉都表现较好的防霉效果。 A new type cationic surfactant,ammonium of cinnamate was synthesized from cinnamic acid, epoxy chloropropane and dodecyl dimethyl amine. The structure was characterized by IR spectrum. The foaming characteristics, surface tension and Krafft point of the surfactant were determined. The minimal inhibitory concentration of the new surfactant to blue mold and black mold and the effect of mildewproof to leather were also investgated by the method of inhibition zone. The results showed that the new surfacant possessed better bubbling properties and stronger surface activity and hydrophilicity. The new cationic surfactant have good effect of mildewproof to blue mold and black mold.
