摘要
引入一般复杂系统的分析工具NK模型对组织模块性结构进行了创新性定义和分析,可实现管理组织动态能力在适应度地形图上的程序仿真模拟,为组织结构模块化理论提供了新的研究视角和发展方向。
This paper introduces NK mode, 1 which is an common analytic tool of general complex system, to define and analyze modular organizational structure in a new perspective. Based on the model, the dynamic capabilities of organization can be programmed and simulated on the fitness landscape to reveal the functions of modularity.＇ In this sense, it has directed a new future developing trend of the modular theory of organizational structure.
