摘要
针对当前猪肉生产中市场波动大、安全保障乏力、药物或毒物残留等现实问题,从养猪生产技术问题、安全标准问题和猪肉安全管理体制三方面的现状分析入手,参考国外发达国家(地区)的成功经验,结合四川的具体实际情况提出能够完善生猪生产和保障猪肉安全方面的政策措施以及保证人民群众身体健康和猪肉产业持续、稳定发展的对策。
Based on the problems of fluctuating market, weak insurances and remained farm chemical and toxins in pork processing and production, this paper analyzes three main problems, including the techniques, safety standards and supervision mechanism in pig raising and production. Moreover, by taking the successful experi- ences from the developed countries and regions as references, it sets ahout the techniques, safety standards and supervision mechanism in pig raising and production, and proposes policies and regulations in present situation of Sichuan Province, so that ensure people' s health and the sustainable and stable development of pork industry.
