摘要
在定义知识竞争力内涵的基础上,基于知识整合、组织学习、网络结构、战略柔性和组织氛围5个维度构建了企业知识竞争力的关键影响因素模型,问卷调查表明:该模型具有较好的建构效度,也指出了研究局限性与未来方向。
After the conception is defined, the measurement model of knowledge competence is constructed based on knowledge integration, organization learning, network structure, strategic flexibility and organization climate. The questionnaires show that the measurement model has good validity. And then, it illustrates the theoretical conclusions and points out the limitations and research directions.
