本文通过介绍英国开放大学在开展开放法学专业教育中的优点,凸显我国在该专业教育上的不足,思考并建议改进措施,提出自己的观点,试图开发新的开放法学教育模式,提升我国开放法学教育水平。

The paper through introducing the virtue of Open University＇s opening education of law in Britain to reveal the deficient in that professional education. We proposed suggestions and improving methods to our own thoughts, and tried to develop new education modes of law so that our country＇s education level of law could be enhanced.
