摘要 研究了水泥砂浆中大量掺入粉煤灰的激发问题。使用电石渣及电石渣与激发助剂组成的复合激发剂对粉煤灰的活性进行激发,研究了试样的3 d、28 d强度,并进行了SEM和XRD分析。试验结果表明,电石渣和激发助剂及其复合使用都能有效地激发粉煤灰的活性,加快水化速度,增加水化产物数量,使高掺量粉煤灰水泥砂浆的28 d抗压强度提高23%~33%。 The stimulation of cement mortar with a large amount of fly ash is investigated.The carbide slag and the compound activator composed of carbide slag and other auxiliary were used to stimulate the activity of fly ash,the strength of samples at 3 d and 28 d were investigated,and analyzed by SEM and XRD. The experimental results show that carbide slag and their compound activator can efficiently stimulate the activity of fly ash, accelerate the hydration rate, increase the quantity of hydration products and to make compressive strength of the cement mortar with a large amount of fly ash at 28 d increase by 23%-33%.
