The use of case teaching method in the ＂ideological and moral cultivation and the legal basis ＂ class is of major significance to enable students think and analyze problems independently, and to achieve the purpose and function of teaching theory with practice, as well as the implementation of the principle of linking theory with practice. To make case study successfully, we need to make further exploration on changing the concept of education and teaching, the preparation of the case, as well as improving the quality of teaching organization and other aspects.
