摘要
根据本科１５年临床统计资料表明，在５７２例颞下颌关节综合征患者中，约有１３因头颈部疼痛就诊，本文对１８４例此类患者的临床表现及诊断治疗进行了分析，发现翼外肌痉挛型发生率最高，翼外肌功能亢进型较少发生，于前者，钙离子导入法的疗效优于电针疗法，而对后者。
About 1/3 TMJDS (temporomandibular joint disorders syndrom) patients came for treatment of pain in head and neck based on authors clinical observation for last 15 years. 184 cases of such patients were analyzed according to clinical features, diagnosis and treatment. Convulsion type rather than hyperfunctional type of external pterygoid muscle was found to be the major type of TMJDS. Ca 2+ iontophoresis treatment showed better therapeutic effect for the convulsion type patient, and electroacupuncture treatment was more effective for the hyperfunctional type.
