摘要
针对目前国内很多地方出现的外语学习低龄化现象以及学前英语学习的热潮,笔者试图从中国英语教学的定位出发,指出中国目前状况下的英语学习并不是越早越好,家长们大可不必强求孩子一定要在学前学英语,即使要进行学前英语学习,也要以培养孩子的语音意识和对英语学习的兴趣为重点。
Seeing the appearance and upsurge of English learning by pre-school children, the author tries to point out that it's not necessarily good to start learning English as early as possible under the present Chinese English teaching situation, and if the parents do want their children to start earlier, the focus of learning should be on training their phonetic awareness as well as arousing their interest.
