目前大学生心理健康问题成为社会关注的焦点,本文从分析大学生心理状况的基础上,探讨了在高校图书馆实行阅读疗法的可行性,并结合图书馆服务形式,提出了开展阅读疗法服务的具体方法。

The psychological health of the university students has aroused the public attention of various social circles. This paper introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of the reading therapy, analyzes on the common psychological problems of the university students, and probes into the measures for practicing the reading therapy in the library.
