摘要 目的:探讨8种粘接材料的凝固收缩与吸水后的尺寸变化。方法:用直接法测量实验标本在凝固后的0,1,10,100,1000,10000min的尺寸大小,其中10min前标本是在室内的状态下,10min后标本置于37℃的水中。结果:所有标本都有不同程度的凝固收缩。吸水后,树脂强化玻璃离子表现为膨胀,而玻璃离子则收缩。结论:粘接材料都具有凝固收缩的特点,在口腔环境内还可发生轻微的尺寸改变。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate eight kinds of luting cements curing shrinkage and volumetric changes in water.Methods: Measured diameter of specimen at different condition with micrometer. Results: All the luting cements had different extent curing shrinkage. The resin modified glass ionomer cement expanded as a function of the duration of the water immersion. The conventional glass cement lossed volume with water storage. Conclusions: Luting cements had curing shrinkage. In oral cavity, luting cements might be changed their volume slightly.
