摘要
文章主要分析了建筑工程项目施工过程中存在的风险,阐述了建筑工程项目风险形成、发展的机理,并针对风险防范的措施,对建筑施工企业的制度创新、风险经理的设立、风险管理的表格化及资本结构等方面提出了相应的对策和建议。
The article focuses on development establishing of risk. The author risk evaluation of co also provides related risk manager, using risk management forms, nstruction projects. It analyzes the reasons of emergence and prevention measures and suggestions by reforming regulations, and setting capital structure.
