摘要 介绍了以上位机Wicc和下位机S7-300系列PLC为核心的超级压光机监控系统的设计。根据超级压光机的生产工艺特点和控制要求,以WiccV6为软件平台,设计开发上位机监控系统。重点论述了液压控制子系统的工作原理。实际应用表明,该系统控制精度高,系统功能齐全,人机界面友好,工作稳定可靠,各项控制功能均达到了设计要求。 The design of monitoring system of the supercalender based on SIEMENS Wicc 6.0 and S7-300 series PLC is presented. The accuracy and reliability of the supercalender are improved by using the monitoring system. The upper computer monitoring subsystem based on Wicc V6 was established according to the process characteristic and control requirment. This paper focused on the working principle of hydraulic subsystem. The practice showed that the control subsystem has high precision, the HMI of the system is friendly and convenient, and the whole system has high stability and reliability. Meanwhile, all controlling functions reach the primary technical requirements.
