矿石品位仪的测量结构优化

摘要 为实现矿石品位仪的结构优化,利用蒙特卡罗(MCNP)软件,构建几何模型,模拟伽马射线在矿石品位仪系统内的输运过程。比较两种伽马放射源60Co和226Ra的测量效果差异,并分析了放射源与伽马探测器安装位置对测量效果的影响。结果表明,提高矿石品位仪测量效果的有效手段主要有:采用226Ra放射源取代60Co放射源;减小探测器与放射源距离;放射源与物料的距离调整为约30 cm。 The MCNP software was used to simulate gamma reaction in a realistic geometric model of ore grade analyzer to optimize the analyzer's structure design. The measurement performance on the two kinds of gamma radiation resource, ^60Co and ^226Ra Ra was compared, and the effect to measurement caused by installing location between radioactive resource and gamma detector was analyzed. As a result, there were three methods to improve the measurement performance for the ore grade analyzer: substituting ^226Ra for ^60Co radioactive, reducing the distance between detector and radioactive source, adjusting the distance between radiative source and material to 30 cm around.
