摘要
目的:证实碳—钛复合体(i-c)的良好生物相容性。方法:分别将i-c、TiN-Ti、Tic-Ti和Ti4种种植体植入6条狗的双侧下颌骨内,术后1,2和4个月处死动物,取材。用酶组织化学方法检测4种不同种植体骨界面处新生骨的代谢程度。结果:i-c植入后成骨活动启动早,植入后2个月即基本达到骨整合。结论:i-c的生物相容性优于其它3种种植体。
Objective:Purpose was to verify the histocompatibility of i c composites.Methods: We implanted i c, TiN Ti, Tic Ti and Ti composites into maxilla bone of 3 dogs, with 24 implants totally. The animals were randomly assigned to 3 groups, and killed in 1, 2, and 4 months respectively after operation. The metablic degree of the new bone at the integration interface was observed and compared by enzymohistochemical method. Results: The implant of i c composite had the earliest inception of bone formation and interface intergration in about 2 months. Conclusions: The implant of i c composite exhibited the best histocompatibility in comparison with the other three composites.
