摘要 教育依人的存在而展开的三个基本层面,即人事、人心、人文的教育。教育品质的提升乃是由于教育实践中持守着人的和谐发展与完善的理念。以人的完成为指向的教育乃是一种艺术,教育作为艺术化实践的根本在于教育实践中所显现的教师和学生对真理、正义、良善的祈求,和由此发生的个人生命世界的敞开、生命状态的和谐与个体人格精神的超越。教育作为艺术化的实践依赖于教师的教育个性与教师生命品质的提升与完善。 Education, based on human existence, unfurls itself in three levels, namely the education of human business, human mind and human culture. The upgrading of educational quality entails the ideal of the harmonious development of individual. Education, aiming at the fulfillment of man, is a kind of art. The artistic e- ducation practice is based on the pursuit of truth, justice and good virtues by teachers and students, and the openness of individuals' life world, the harmony of their life state and the transcendence of individual personality thereof. Education, as the artistic practice, is dependent on the enhancement and perfection of the teachers' educational individuality and life quality.
