摘要
通过加入去离子水和单独使用乙二醇、丙三醇配制成液体染料,在室温下测试它们的吸光度和最大吸收波长,从而了解这两种有机溶剂单独使用时对染料溶解度的影响,并尝试把乙二醇、丙三醇和乙醇混合使用,找出一个使染料溶解度达到最大的配方.实验结果表明混合使用乙二醇、丙三醇和乙醇对提高染料溶解度的效果最好,配方:黄色染料1 g,去离子水30 mL,乙二醇6 mL,丙三醇3 mL,乙醇6 mL.
The liquid dye was prepared by adding deionized water and ethylene glycol and glycerin. The absorbance and the maximum absorption wavelength of the dye were tested at room temperature to determine the effect of these types of organic solvents when used alone to the solubility of dye. Several organic solvents were mixed to find a formula to search for maximum solubility. The experimental results show that. mixed use of ethylene glycol, glycerol and ethanol to improve the solubility of the dyes is the best. Its formula is. yellow dye 1g, deionized water 30 mL, glycol 6 mL, glycerol 3 mL, anhydrous ethanol 6 mL.
