手法复位联合AF内固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折32例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨手法复位联合AF内固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法2004年6月至2007年8月,采用手法复位联合AF内固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折32例,术后随访6~36个月,平均17.3个月。结果本组患者全部获得随访,所有患者的骨折椎体均获得愈合,无1例发生骨折复位丢失及内固定物松动、断裂。结论手法复位联合AF内固定是治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的一种有效方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical results of manual reduction associated with atlas fixator(AF) internal fixation therapy for thoracolumbar fractures. Methods From June 2004 to August 2006,32 patients with thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital were received manual reduction associated with AF internal fixation. All of the 32 patients were followed up for a mean of 17.3 months(range from 6 to 36 months) postoperative. Results All cases acquired a 6--36 months follow-up. All of them got union. Neither reduction loss nor loosening or breakage of the fixator occurred. Conclusion It is an easy and effective way to treat the thoracolumbar fractures with manual reduction associated with atlas fixator internal fixation.
