门冬胰岛素30注射液联合通心络胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例

Curative effect of combination therapy of Insulin Aspart 30 Injection and Tongxinluo Capsule on diabetes peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的有效方法。方法对60例DPN患者随机分为两组,在饮食、运动及门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗的基础上,分别应用通心络胶囊(治疗组)及维脑路通片、维生素B12注射液(对照组)治疗DPN,分析两组不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后血糖均获满意控制,周围神经病变治疗情况,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论门冬胰岛素30注射液对DPN患者的血糖控制治疗是安全有效的,可作为首选降糖药物,在此基础上,联合应用通心络胶囊治疗DPN,是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To find an effective therapy method for diabetes peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods 60 sufferers of DPN were divided into 2 groups randomly and were treated with Tongxinluo Capsule（treatment group）and Venoruton Tablets- Vitamin B12 （control group） respectively,on the base of same treatment of Insulin Aspart 30 Injection,bite and sup, and exercise. The curative effect was analysed and compared after 6-month treatment. Results Blood sugar was well controled in both 2 groups,while the curative effect of peripheral neuropathy in treatment group was observably better than the control group. Conclusion Insulin Aspart 30 Injection can effectively control the blood sugar of sufferers of DPN and it can be used as preferred medicament. And Tongxinluo Capsule has observable curative effect on DPN.
