摘要
简要介绍了抗氧剂1010的研制和生产历史以及主要性能。介绍了抗氧剂1010主要合成工艺——一步法和二步法的反应原理和研究进展。归纳了抗氧剂1010的α、β和δ三种晶型的物理性质结构特征和结晶制备方法。最后指出抗氧剂1010的研究方向为:①提高二步法目标产物的收率,降低副产物的生成量,使反应更加清洁;②在不降低反应及产物各项性能指标的前提下,尽快实现一步法的工业化应用。
This article reviews the history of research and production of antioxidant 1010 and describes the product's main properties,the operational principles of the one-step and two-step methods,the main technologies for synthesizing antioxidant lOlO,as well as the progress in the research on the two processes.The article also analyzes the physical properties, structural characteristics and methods for crystallization of antioxidant 1010 with α,β and δ-type crystallographic forms.At the end of the article,the author analyzes the direction of research on antioxidant lOlO,which is summarized as:(1)raising the recovery of target products of the two- step method ,reducing the production of byproducts and making the reaction cleaner;(2)commercializing the one-step method as soon as possible.
