摘要
本文以铬天青S(CAS)为显色剂、溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)表面活性剂为增溶剂,建立了高灵敏测定粉丝中微量铝含量的胶束增溶分光光度法.在HAc—NaAc介质中,铝、CAS和CPB形成蓝色三元配合物,其最大吸收波长为632.5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.05×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1.铝浓度在0.2~2.8×10^-4g·L^-1范围内符合比尔定律,检测限为1.2×10^-5g·L^-1.进行加标回收实验,得到了满意的结果.
A high sensitive method for the determination of trace aluminum in vermicelli with chromazurine (CAS) as a colorific agent and cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) as a solubilized agent was developed. A ternary blue complex was formed among Al^3+ , CAS and CPB in HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH 6.0 with maximum absorption wavelength at 632.5 nm. The molar absorptivity of the reactions was 1.05 × 10^5 L. mol^-1· cm^-1 The Beer law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0.02 - 0.28 mg · L ^-1 for Al^3 + . The detection limit is 0. 012 mg · L ^-1. statisfactory resnh was obtained after using standard addition to do experiments.
