广州某高校医学生与非医学生性态度和性行为状况比较研究

Comparative study of sexual attitude and behavior between medical students and non-medical students in a university in Guangzhou

目的了解医学与非医学专业学生的性态度、性行为状况和相关认知的异同,为高校特别是医学院校开展性健康教育提供依据。方法采用自编问卷,对广州某医科大学400名本科三年级医学与非医学专业学生进行调查,了解其性态度、性行为及避孕知识知晓情况的异同。结果80%以上的医学与非医学专业的学生对婚前性行为持宽容态度,非医学专业男生较医学专业男生开放;50%以上的学生有恋爱经历;承认发生过性行为的医学与非医学专业学生分别为5.0%和7.0%,男生明显多于女生,无保护性行为导致的意外妊娠率,医学与非医学专业学生分为20.0%和42.9%;知道安全套用法的学生不足50%。结论大学生性态度、性行为日益开放,非医学专业男生尤甚,但性知识缺乏,医学专业学生在避孕知识方面较非医学专业学生无明显优势;各高校尤其是医学院校应及早对学生进行系统、全面、规范的性健康教育。

Objective To study the conditions of sexual attitude and behavior among medical and non-medical students, and to provide evidence for corresponding health education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted a-mong 400 medical and non-medical juniors in a Guangzhou medical university. The contents of the survey included sexual attitude, behavior, and contraceptive knowledge. Results More than 80% of the surveyed students could accept premari- tal sex, and non-medical boys were more open than medical boys. More than 50% of students were in love or had been. 5.0% of medical students and 7.0% of non-medical students admitted that they had sex experience, boys significantly more than girls. Unprotected sexual intercourse made 20.0% of medical students and 42.9% of non-medical students or their sexual partners pregnant accidentally. Less than 50% of students knew how to use condom. Condttsioa Nowadays college students have become increasingly open in sexual attitudes and behavior, especially non-medical boys, but their sexual knowledge is limited. There was no significant advantage for a third-year medical students in contraceptive knowledge than non-medical students. College especially medical institutions should provide systematic, comprehensive, standardized sex education for students as soon as possible.
