摘要
目的:探讨影响糖尿病患者服药依从性的年龄因素、病程因素及相关原因。方法:选择住院的2型糖尿病口服药治疗患者216例,通过发放问卷了解其有关情况,分析其不依从的原因和有关影响因素。结果:年轻者较高龄者依从性差;病程越长,依从性越好;依从性好者血糖控制也越好。结论:应加强对糖尿病患者进行健康教育的力度,树立正确的态度和健康信念,提高糖尿病患者服药的依从性。
Objective： To investigate the age factor, course factor and related cause that affecting compliance in cases with diabetes mellitus（DM）. Methods： The causes of uncompliance and related influencing factors were analyzed in 216 cases with DM by giving out questionnaire. Results： The younger had poor compliance than the older, the better compli- ance the longer course, the better glycemic controlled the better compliance. Conclusion： Health education should be re- inforced, correct attitude and health belief should be established so as to improve patient＇ compliance.
