摘要
本文以微波裂解污泥固态产物为研究对象,全面研究其吸附伊红、番红两类酸、碱染料模拟废水的影响因素。研究表明:微波裂解污泥固态产物对酸性染料的吸附效果更佳,对伊红及番红染料废水的最佳吸附pH值分别为3和8,吸附平衡时间分别为320min、490min,属于吸热的物理吸附过程,吸附效果随固态产物用量的增加而显著增加。以上特点为固态产物活化后用作吸附剂奠定基础。
The affecting factors of solid production from microwave pyrolysis of sewage sludge was discussed by removing percentage to eosin and safranine from simulate waste water. It could be determined from the result of experiment that the solid production can adsorb acid dye (eosin) more effectively than alkaline dye (safranine).The feasible adsorbing pH was 3 and 8, and the time of adsorption equilibrium was 320min and 490min for eosin and safranine simulate waste water respectively. The adsorption of each dye by solid production is an endothermic and physical process. And the adsorbing efficiency was increased obviously with the increase dosage of solid production. he aforesaid adsorbing characteristics of solid production have provided the possibility to use the solid production as renewable sorbent.
