摘要
以邻氨基苯甲酸为反应原料,直接通Cl2氯化,再经重氮化合成3,5-二氯苯甲酸,考察了物料配比、反应温度、溶剂量等对收率的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件,在此条件下,产品的收率可达70%以上。
3,5-dichloro benzoic acid was synthesized with o-amino benzoic acid as the raw material and solvent X,by dinect by passing chlorine and diazotization.Reaction condition such as ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, the volume of the solvent and so on to the effect of yields were discussed.Under the optimal conditions ,the yield may be up to over 70%.
