Temptation and Selection in the End of the 20th Century On Local Features of Postmodern Literature in China

20世纪90年代,后现代主义作为一种世俗实用的文化思潮,极大地影响了中国当代文学创作与批评。由于具体的本土文化因素,中国后现代主义文学形成了文化的错位性、实用功能性、时尚世俗性和缺乏宗教意识等本土文化特征,决定了当代文学难免堕入话语前卫而缺乏存在之思的尴尬境地。

In the 1990s, postmodernism, as a worldly and practical cultural ideological trend, has profoundly exerted a great influence on the contemporary literary creation and criticism in China. Due to its indigenous cultural complication, postmodern literature in China has developed such indigenous cultural features as cultural dislocation, practical function, the worldliness and lack of religious consciousness, all of which will be of essential significance to grasp the spiritual tendency of China＇s contemporary literature.
