摘要
利用不同浓度的化学试剂和激素,在玉米温敏雄性不育系琼68雄穗的不同发育时期进行处理,并对其育性进行调查。结果表明,利用马来酰肼在琼68雄穗的3个不同发育时期进行处理,可以促进其育性由可育向不育方向转变,特别是用0.1%的马来酰肼在性器官成熟期处理的效果最明显;利用氯化钴同样可以促使琼68的育性由可育向不育转变,其他试剂处理的效果不明显。因此在"两系"法制种过程中可以利用一定浓度的外源激素进行处理,以保证温敏不育系的育性稳定。
In this study, the thermo-sensitive genic male sterility line Qiong68 in maize was treated using different exterior hormone on the different developing stages of tassel, and its fertility was investigated in the field and using microscope. The results demonstrated that the treatments of three concentrations malefic hydrazine in three developing stages could bring fertility to sterility for Qiong68, especially the treatment in the sexual organ formation stage using 0.1% concentration malefic hydrazine had a better effect. The treatments using three concentrations COCl2 had similar effect, and the other exterior hormone had not obvious effect. So in the using of "two lines" hybrid seed production, some concentration exterior hormone could be used for ensuring the sterile stability.
