摘要
以玉米幼苗为材料,研究一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(Sodium Nitroprusside,SNP)对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm、φPSⅡ、qP和NPQ)和光合参数(Pn、Gs和Ci)的影响。结果表明,0.1mmol/LSNP能够显著缓解NaCl胁迫导致的玉米幼苗叶片Fv/Fm、φPSⅡ、qP、NPQ、Pn和Gs的下降及Ci的升高,在一定程度上防止NaCl胁迫对玉米幼苗叶片PSⅡ反应中心的损伤,维持玉米幼苗叶片较高的光合活性。
The effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm, φPS Ⅱ, qP and NPQ) and photosynthetic characteristics(Pn, Gs and Ci) of maize seedlings under salt stress were investigated. The results showed that 0.1 mmol/L SNP could alleviate the decrease of Fv/Fm, φPS Ⅱ, qP, NPQ, Pn and Gs as well as the increase of Ci in maize seedling induced by salt stress, so prevented the injure of salt stress on PS Ⅱ and protected the photosynthetic activities of maize seedlings.
