Discovery and Verification About the Phenomena of Germ-carrying Plant with Head Smut of Maize

通过多年观察研究玉米丝黑穗病发病条件,发现存在带菌植株现象。采用干旱处理,研究侵染率与发病率差异、特异引物PCR检测等多方面验证,明确提出玉米丝黑穗病大发生的原因,并探讨其在相关研究中的应用。

Through observing occurring conditions of head smut of maize for many years, it was recognized that germ-carrying plant should exist. It was verified by using many tests such as drought handling, studying differences between infection rate and disease incidence, PCR detection by using distinctive primer of Sphaceloeca reiliana, etc. The tritely epidemic causes of head smut were understood further and the use of it was probed on interrelated research.
