摘要
根据采集数据计算得到TBD620V12型柴油机在额定转速1500r/m in、各负荷下的燃烧放热率,采用双韦伯模型进行曲线拟合,反算结果显示,根据拟合的放热率曲线计算的示功图和实测示功图重叠较好,表明拟合的放热率曲线能较好地再现实际放热率,拟合具有较高的精度。
According to the collected data, the combustion heat release rates of TBD620V12 diesel engine under various loads with the rated speed of 1 500r/min was obtained through calculation. Double Wiebe model was adopted to carry out curve fitting. The indicator diagram calculated according to the heat release rate curve was obtained. It overlaped well with the measured indicator diagram, which indicated that the simulated heat release rate curve can represent the actual condition closely, and the curve fitting achieved great precision.
