摘要
柔性化管理是一种全新的人力资源管理理念,它适应于知识型和智力型员工,以及复杂、多变和高度不确定性的组织环境。高校教师人力资源作为高知识、高智力群体,实施柔性化管理是必然的选择。在分析人力资源柔性化管理内涵和高校教师人力资源特征的基础上,提出了适应于高校教师特点的柔性化管理模式。
Flexible management is a new idea of human resources, which is adapted to knowledge workers, intellectual workers, and complicated, changeable and highly uncertain organizational environment. As a high-knowledge and high-intelligence group, the implementation of flexible management for college teachers is the inevitable choice. Based on analysis of contents of flexible human resources management and features of human resources for college teachers, flexible management modes for college teachers is put forward in this paper, including college cultural construction corresponding to human resources management for college teachers, people-oriented management, implicit psychological contract management and systematic teaching talents retention mechanism.
