Raney镍选择性催化氢化硝基苯制备氢化偶氮苯 被引量:4

摘要 在NaOH的甲醇溶液中,硝基苯在Raney镍催化作用下能选择性氢化还原为氢化偶氮苯。当Raney镍、硝基苯和NaOH的质量比为最佳值(mRaney镍∶m硝基苯∶mNaOH=1∶10∶20),稳定氢气压力0.6 MPa,28℃磁搅拌反应10 h氢化偶氮苯的收率高达98.9%。而且Raney镍可套用10次以上。 Nitrobenzene can selectively deoxidize to hydrazobenzene by Raney-nickel catalysis hydrogenation In basic methanol solution. When the mass ratio of Raney-nickel,nitrobenzene and sodium hydroxide is optimal (mRaney镍:m硝基苯 = 1 : 10 : 20) and hydrogen pressure maintain 0.6 MPa,and the yield of hydrazobenzene reach to 98.9% after 10 h reaction at the temperature of 28 ℃. And the catalysis can apply mechanically more than 10 times.
