摘要
研究了含膦水解聚马来酸酐(PHPMA)对硫酸钙的阻垢性能,探讨了阻垢剂浓度、pH值、Ca^2+浓度、时间、温度等因素对硫酸钙阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,当PHPNA浓度为5mg/L,Ca^2+浓度〈3.5g/L,pH=4—11,时间〈30h,温度〈80℃的范围使用时,PHPMA对硫酸钙具有良好的阻垢性能,阻垢率达87%以上。
In this paper, the properties of PHPMA to CaSO4 were studied. The effects of scale inhibitor concentration, pH value, Ca^2+ concentration, time, temperature on the scale-inhibiting of PHPMA to CaSO4 were investigated. The results showed that when PHPMA = 5 rag/L, Ca^2+ 〈 3.5 g/L, pH = 4-11, time 〈 30 h, temperature 〈 80 ℃, PHPMA had quite good efficiency of scale-inhibiting to CaSO4, the antiscaling efficiency is greater than 87%.
