含膦水解聚马来酸酐对硫酸钙的阻垢性能研究

Properties of scale-inhibiting of containing phosphine hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride to CaSO_4

研究了含膦水解聚马来酸酐（PHPMA）对硫酸钙的阻垢性能，探讨了阻垢剂浓度、pH值、Ca^2＋浓度、时间、温度等因素对硫酸钙阻垢性能的影响。结果表明，当PHPNA浓度为5mg/L，Ca^2＋浓度〈3．5g／L，pH=4—11，时间〈30h，温度〈80℃的范围使用时，PHPMA对硫酸钙具有良好的阻垢性能，阻垢率达87％以上。

In this paper, the properties of PHPMA to CaSO4 were studied. The effects of scale inhibitor concentration, pH value, Ca^2＋ concentration, time, temperature on the scale-inhibiting of PHPMA to CaSO4 were investigated. The results showed that when PHPMA = 5 rag/L, Ca^2＋ 〈 3.5 g/L, pH = 4-11, time 〈 30 h, temperature 〈 80 ℃, PHPMA had quite good efficiency of scale-inhibiting to CaSO4, the antiscaling efficiency is greater than 87%.
