摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,合成水溶性聚氨酯热熔胶,考察了PEG脱水、PEG分子量、原料配比等因素的影响。结果表明,低分子量和高分子量的PEG相混合时产品性能较好,最适宜的合成条件是聚乙二醇(8000)与聚乙二醇(600)混合脱水后与TDI反应,摩尔比1:1:2.28,反应温度110~115℃,产品为黄色固体。
This article investigated polyethylene glycol dehydration, PEG molecular weight, the ratio of raw materials and other factors on the synthesis of the impact of water-soluble polyurethane hot melt adhesive. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) were established for the synthefie route. The results showed that the most appropriate synthesis condition is polyethylene glycol (8000) and polyethylene glycol (600) after dehydration mixed with TDI, the molar ratio of 1 : 1 : 2.28, the reaction temperature was controlled between 110 -115 ℃ ,the product is yellow solid.
