摘要 以硅胶作载体,农药噻虫嗪为研究对象,运用正交实验法,研究了萃取剂种类、萃取剂用量、萃取时间,以及噻虫嗪在硅胶上的负载量等因素对萃取效果的影响,确定萃取剂乙腈、萃取剂用量5 mL+5 mL、萃取时间1 h+30 min、噻虫嗪在硅胶上的负载量20 mg/g为最佳萃取条件。平均回收率为98.8%。为固相萃取选择了简洁而快速的实验方法。 In this article, silica is used as carrier, pesticides thiamethoxam was studied, by orthogonal experiment to study the extraction agent, extraction of concentration, extraction time, and thiamethoxam in silica on the load of factors on effect of extraction, then determine the optimum conditions for extraction, extraction agent was the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile, extraction of concentration at 5 mL + 5 mL, extraction time at 1 h + 30 min, and the load of thiamethoxam in silica on at 20 mg/g, the average recovery and relative standard diviation was 98.8%. Solid phase extraction for the choice simple and quick method.
