摘要
建立了以甲醇-水为流动相,使用C18柱进行分离的反向液相色谱法测定4-三氟甲基苯酚纯度的分析方法,检测波长为230nm,甲醇-水的比例为70:30,柱温为室温。RSD=0.15%,加标回收率为99.2%~101.9%,最低检测限为0.2μg/mL。该方法操作简便、快速、准确。
A RP-HPLC method for the determination of 4-three fluorine methyl phenol in its preparations was developed by ClS column. The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol 70% (WV) and water,and the column temperature was room temperature. The detection limit was 0.2 μg/mL. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The recovery was 99.2% - 101.9%. The RSD was 0.15 %. The method is simple, fast and accurate
