摘要
表面工程技术在废旧产品失效零件的再制造加工中得到了广泛应用,其中电刷镀技术是进行磨损失效零件性能升级和尺寸恢复的重要手段。本文叙述了电刷镀技术的定义、原理,并分析了在再制造加工中的主要应用对象与特点,最后给出了普通电刷镀与纳米电刷镀技术的应用案例。
Surface engineering technologies have been widely applied to disable parts remanufacturing process,especially electric brush-plating technology is an important measure for performance upgrade and dimension restore on abraded parts. In this paper, the conception and principle of electric brush-plating are described, and then the characteristics and main applied objects during remanufacturing are analyzed. Finally two cases of normal and nano electric brush-plating technology are put forward.
