摘要 柔性测量臂测头半径补偿的精度对系统精度具有重要影响。本文在分析半径补偿基本原理的基础上,提出了一种基于测量特征分类的半径补偿算法。该算法首先把测量特征分为点、线、面3种基本特征(其中面特征又分为二次曲面和自由曲面),然后建立各种特征的参数方程,利用测量得到的少量特征点,采用最小二乘法拟合得到被测特征的参数,最后根据被测特征参数进行高精度半径补偿。试验结果表明本文方法确实可行,具有较高的测量精度和较好的实用性。 The precision of probe radius compensation for articulated coordinate measuring machine has great impact on system precision. After analyzing the probe radius compensation theory,this paper puts forward a probe radius compensation algrithm on the basis of measurement characteristics classification. First,the algrithm classify the measurement characteris- tics as point,line and surface which can be classified to conicoid and free surface. Then,this algorithm establishes the parametric equation according to various features. After that this paper brings forward the characteristic parameters utilising least square method with several characteristic points. Finally high precision probe radius compensation is carried out according to the features. Experimental results show that the method in this paper is feasible and of high precision and practicability.
