摘要
分析了椭球面的数控加工工艺,提出了椭球面的数控加工方案,给出了凸、凹椭球面的加工程序。采用FANUC-Oi-MB型数控系统,主程序直接使用参数编程方式,在DXK45型数控镗铣床上加工凸、凹椭球面的程序编制过程为例予以探讨。以三维曲面的参数编程变量多,变量之间关系复杂,对编程人员空间思维能力、数学应用能力、数控加工工艺综合分析知识、数控系统参数编程语言的掌握及灵活应用能力要求高。
In this paper, the NC machining procedure for bump ellipsoid is analyzed,and then the NC machining plan is put forward,after that the machining program of convex or concave ellipsoid is brought out. Then set the programming pro- cedure for convex or concave ellipsoid process on DXK45 CNC boring and milling machining as an example,then discuss the example by using FANUC Oi-MB NC control system and the main program based on parameter programming.
