调桨技术在小微型轴流式水轮机上的应用

摘要 小型电站轴流式水轮机的工作转轮可分为轴流定桨和轴流调桨两类。转轮直径在600~1 400 mm之间的小尺寸轴流调桨机型,国内生产厂家极少。小微型轴流调桨式水轮机的调桨装置核心结构是:蜗杆蜗轮传动—螺旋传动—空间曲柄滑块机构,该装置能实现停机连续调桨,桨叶角度在初始角度的基础上有0°~15°的调整范围,具有广泛地运用前景和极大地推广价值。 The forms of work wheel on small axial turbine for small hydropower station can be divided into propeller turbine and thoma turbine. A few of small size thoma turbine which wheel diameter is between Ф600- Ф1 400 mm is made by domestic manufacturers. The core institutions of adjustable oar equipment in small axial turbine are worm and worm gear transmission,screw transmission and spatial slider-crank mechanism, the institutions can adjust oar continuously when turbine shut down,and the adjusting range is 0° - 15°. Finally,the small size thoma turbine has broad application prospect and great popularization value.
