摘要
对变速器结合齿圈激光深熔焊接新工艺的技术进行研究,并进行一系列工艺探索试验和产品验证试验,并以此为基础开展激光深熔焊接工艺运用,按照工艺流程进行设备设施策划,并在公司建立2条激光深熔焊接生产线。此新工艺的成功运用不但解放了产品设计人员对零件结构设计的思路,支持变速器向小型轻量化发展,同时降低了变速器齿轮的设计制造成本。希望更多的技术人员提倡将新工艺、新技术运用到实践中,解决实际问题。
In this paper, the new process of laser penetration welding for transmission connection gear is studied, and then series of technology test and product validation test are implemented. On the basis of those test, research on laser penetration welding application is carried out. And then built two production lines for laser penetration welding at Tsingshan company based on the equipment and facility planning according to technology process. The successful application of this new technol- ogy not only free thinking of the designers for component structure design and support the transmission development for more small and light,but can also reduce the manufacturing cost for transmission gear design. We hope that more new tech nologies, new techniques can be applied to practice,to solve practical problems.
