摘要
采用细胞培养法,在药物安全浓度范围内,测定人参皂苷对新城疫病毒(NDV)感染鸡胚成纤维细胞的保护效果,旨在观察人参皂苷抗NDV的效果,以筛选出作用较好的抗病毒中药,为研制新型抗病毒药物提供理论依据。
Using cell culture method, at the concentration range of drug safety, the protective effect of ginsenoside on Newcastle disease virus （NDV） infected chicken embryo fibroblast was determined. The objective was to observe the ginsenoside effect on anti-NDV to screen a good anti-virus Chinese medicine, for the development of new antiviral drugs and providing a theoretical basis.
