猪PLTP基因的PCR扩增及多态性检测 被引量:1

摘要 磷酸脂转运蛋白(PLTP)是脂代谢中重要的转运蛋白之一,在机体脂类代谢中主要介导高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)间的磷酸脂转移,具有调控动脉粥样硬化(AS)、降低血浆HDL水平等作用。对云南大河猪85个血样进行了DNA的提取及检测,PCR扩增PLTP基因并进行PCR-RFLP分析(HaeⅢ)。结果表明,PLTP基因具有丰富的多态性,为今后研究该基因的生物学功能提供了依据。 Phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) is one of the important transfer proteins in fat metabolism, and its main function is to transfer phospholipid between high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (VLDL)in the host fat metabolism. PLTP gene had function of anti-atherosis and could decrease the HDL level in blood phasma. In this research, 85 Dahe porcine blood DNA were isolated and checked,and the PLTP gene was amplified from the blood DNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and analyzed by PCR-RFLP (restricted enzyme Hae Ⅲ ). The result showed that PLTP gene had high polymorphism,which may provide scientific basis for biological function investigation in the future research.
