摘要
目的:测试米托蒽醌明胶微球(DHAQMS)对小鼠肺部S180肉瘤(S180)生长的靶向作用。方法:肺部接种S180七天后的小鼠,尾静脉注射DHAQMS(1.875mg·kg1·d1×2,iv~15.0mg·kg1·d1×2,iv)。接种十四天后,计数肺部瘤结节数。结果:DHAQMS能显著抑制小鼠肺部S180的生长。当实验组与阳性对照组给予相同剂量药物(DHAQ1.2mp·kg1·d1×2,iv)时,前者表现出显著高的抗癌活性(P<0.001),当实验组药量减少一半时,仍能与阳性对照作用相当。结论:DHAQMS对肺部有显著器官靶向作用。
Objective:To test the drug mpting therapeutic dst of nitoxantoneloaded gelatin microspheres (DHAQMS) on the growth of areama 180 (S180) in the lung of mice. Methods:Kunming mice with S180 in the 1ung/d after inoculation of S180 were twed with DHAQMS(1 .875 mg.kg-1 .d-1 × 2,iv to 15 .0 mg·kg-1 .d-1 ×2, iv). 14d after inoculation, the numbers of pulmonary nodules were counted.Results: DHAQMS inhibited strongly the growth of S180 in the lung of mice.When the mice of test group and the positive contrast group(DHAQ 1 .2 mg·kg-1·d-1×2, iv)were given equal dose of DHAQ, the forme demonded markedly higher antitumor achvity(P <0. 001), and if the dose of DHAQMS was decreased by half(DHAQ 0. 6 mg·kg-1·d-1×2, iv), DHAQMS still showed the same activity as the positive control. Conclusion: DHAQMS has remarkable organtargeting effect on the lung.
