我国烤烟烟叶pH值的分布状况及与化学成分的相关分析

Distribution of pH Value in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves of in China and the Correlation Analysis of Their Chemical Components

以我国主产烟区2003～2006年4131份烤烟样品为材料，分析pH值在不同产区、不同年份、不同品种、不同等级间的变异特点，并对烤烟pH值与其他化学成分进行了相关分析。结果表明：我国烤烟pH值主要集中在4．9—5．8内，平均为5．374±．15，变异系数为2．86％；pH值在产区、年份、品种和等级间均存在着显著差异。相关分析表明，B2F烟叶pH值与其它主要化学成分的相关性在不同烟区间存在较大的差异；各个烟区不同部位烟叶pH值与总糖含量呈极显著正相关，与总植物碱、总氮含量均呈显著负相关。

4 131 samples collected from the year 2003 to 2006 were used as materials to analyze the distribution of pH value in flue -cured tobacco leaves in China among different tobacco -growing areas, different years, different cultivars and different grades, and the correlation between pH value and other chemical components was also analyzed. The results indicated that pH value in flue - cured tobacco leaves of China ranged between 4.9 and 5.8 ,with the mean of 5.37 ,standard deviation of 0.15 and variation coefficient of 2.86% ;pH value in flue -cured tobacco leaves had significant difference among different tobacco -growing areas, different years, different cultivars and different grades. The correlation analysis indicated that there existed big difference in correlations between pH value and other chemical components in flue - cured tobacco leaves of grade B2F. pH value had significant positive correlation with total alkaloids and total N in different stalk positions with total sugar, and significant negative correlation of each tobacco - growing areas.
