摘要 研究了TC4合金变截面蜗壳件成形工艺,对拉深成形工艺制度、坯料形状尺寸、模具型腔尺寸对成形的影响等进行了综合探讨,初步确定了加工工艺及参数。采用多道次高温拉深工艺,坯料周边余量留取15mm,坯料圆弧与直线交接部位开取合适的工艺缝,模具设计中型腔尺寸缩量5%,在此工艺参数下试制的蜗壳件形状尺寸可较好的满足实际使用要求。 The forming process of variable cross-section spiral-shaped was studied, and the key factors which affect the drawing process were synthetically discussed mainly including the drawing system parameters, the size of the blank and cavity of mould. The drawing process parameters were preliminarily determined. Then the forming process was carried out according to the parameters for multiple drawing at elevated temperature. There was 15 mm allowance for blank. The technical slot was made at the intersecting position of the circular-arc and linear of blank. The shrinkage value of mould was about 5%. The results show that the spiral-shaped titanium alloy product can perfectly satisfy the practical need.
